Collaborative  Intervention

1

We offer individualised 1:1 home-based intervention and services, tailored to each child's unique characteristics, strengths, and challenges. We work closely with families to address specific areas of concern, fostering meaningful engagement and development. Rooted in participation-based practices, our approach actively involves both families and professionals in forming a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are tailored to promote enhanced developmental outcomes and improved child and family outcomes.

By fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and focusing on overcoming barriers to participation, we ensure interventions are holistic, inclusive, and tailored to each child's needs. Our dynamic and adaptable services empower children and families to thrive within their home, school, and community environments, promoting enhanced developmental outcomes and overall child and family well-being

School Facilitation

We offer support from a trained Educational Training Consultant (facilitator) in the school environment, tailored to your child’s individual needs. Our goal is to work alongside the teacher, providing guidance on effective skills and techniques that complement their teaching style, maximising your child’s participation and learning.

Additionally, we offer a training model for families who wish to provide their own paraprofessional. This includes consultation and observation services to ensure that the support is aligned with your child’s unique needs and learning goals.

In collaboration with your child’s educational provider, we focus on enhancing areas where your child may face challenges. Our tutoring sessions are personalised to address specific needs, and can be conducted either online or in person, based on your preferences and requirements.

School Observations

A school observation can be carried out in collaboration with the Educator to assess the child's current functioning in the school environment. This helps identify areas where either the child or Educator may benefit from additional support or resources.
